Return & Refund Policy
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Standard return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn except for a necessary fit check, unwashed, unaltered and without signs of use. Include the original packaging and any original tags. There is no restocking fee.
Request authorization

Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise affected by our error. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Contact us so we can arrange the applicable return instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact customer support with your order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent assistance for items received damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange the appropriate resolution with you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your financial provider may require additional time to display the credit.
