Shipping Policy
One standard shipping service. Free on every order delivered within our supported U.S. region.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. A global country selector is available at checkout, but only supported U.S. addresses can continue to payment.
Processing and cutoff
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
Standard transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined handling and transit is an estimated 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier disruptions and other delivery delays may affect arrival.
Shipping cost and tax
Standard shipping is free for all supported orders. Checkout displays shipping as $0.00 and tax as $0.00. We do not describe products as legally tax-exempt.
